Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center Launches Second Round of Prevention Network

Windsor – Mt. Ascutney Prevention Partnership (MAPP), a community-based public health coalition operated under the auspices of Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) is pleased to announce the launch of MAHHC’s second round of Prevention Network Grant funding from August 18–September 21, 2020. Anticipated total funds available through Prevention Network Grant contracts and subawards total $200,000.

MAHHC is currently requesting proposals: Community agencies that address substance misuse through their work, and that impact populations across Vermont’s Windsor and Orange counties, are encouraged to apply. Funds should be used towards building infrastructure and capacity or towards developing strategies that decrease the initiation or general misuse of any substance by any age group.

Funding for the awards is provided by the Vermont Department of Health, Prevention Network Grant. Anyone interested in a grant opportunity must apply, including current PNG grantees. To download an application and for resources and information to support an application, visit: mappvt.org/PNGgrant
